    Abstract

    In this paper, background on modeling PV module/array, and relationship between five parameters and environmental conditions are established first; next, the combination of the optimization method of least square estimator algorithm and Newton Raphson resolution for identifying the five unknown parameters of single diode photovoltaic Module/Array at STC (Standard Test Conditions) is proposed.
